    We ensure your pet gets the best treatment at the lowest prices. Medications are dispensed through our pharmacy based on the vet prescription you send - meaning you get exactly the treatment your pet needs. We ship your medication directly to your door using a next day service, or you can pick it up at a time and place that suits you.

    Your pet’s safety will always be our number one priority. HealthExpress is registered with and authorised by official regulators such as the GPhC (General Pharmaceutical Council), MHRA (Medical and Healthcare Regulatory Agency) and CQC (Care Quality Commission) . We believe in transparency and will never charge any hidden fees.

    How we work

    HealthExpress provides medicines that are clinically-proven and safe for your pet. We are dedicated to giving you the lowest price possible, and our service is all inclusive from payment to delivery. You don’t even have to leave the comfort of your own home.

    We require a valid vet prescription to send you the treatment. So once you have had a consultation with your vet, you can place an order for the treatment you need. From there, you post us the original prescription - no stamp required. Once we have your prescription, our pharmacy team will dispense and send your order with free next-day delivery.

    Our dedicated Customer Service team keeps you informed throughout the process. If you have any questions or concerns, a friendly representative is always on hand to help at any point in the order process.
